Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking, prepaid payments, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across eligible pin codes within India with a Rs. 199 service fee.
Do you offer Partial COD?
Yes. With Partial COD, you pay Rs. 299 upfront while placing your order, and the remaining balance is paid at delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are securely processed through trusted payment partners using encrypted checkout security.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India and selected international destinations.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8-10 business days depending on your location.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
