Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is produced with care, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Experience team at infoushore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
To be eligible, the item must be
• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all tags intact
• Returned in its original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for either:
• Store credit equivalent to the order value, or
• A replacement of the same style, subject to availability
Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
